Mr. Kosmont’s 40-year career encompasses public/private financial structuring, negotiation, development, and management of real estate and public finance transactions exceeding $12B. He has guided over 1,000 private sector projects in obtaining public approvals, structuring deal terms, and securing public/private financing.

Blake Christian brings over 35 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to clients that include multinational, publicly-traded corporations, as well as closely held owner-managed businesses. Throughout his entire career, Blake has specialized in federal, state and local tax incentive programs. Blake is leading the firm’s efforts in providing tax consulting services for Qualified Opportunity Zones.

Special guests also include members of the Riverside County Economic Development Agency and Board of Supervisors. Leaders from cities in western Riverside County will be sharing open opportunity zone projects available for investment.
