Sue Oxarart as Winner of 2019 Smart Women in Meetings Award

Monday, March 11, 2019 (Ontario, California) The Greater Ontario Convention & Visitor Bureau is proud to announce that Sue Oxarart, Director of Marketing and Communications,  has been named a 2019 Smart Women in Meetings Award winner in the Stellar Performer category. This prestigious awards platform honors women who are making significant impacts on the meetings industry and inspiring female meeting ambassadors worldwide.

The Smart Women in Meetings Awards recognizes the industry’s top female meeting professionals in seven prestigious categories including Hall of Fame, Visionaries, Industry Leaders, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, Stellar Performers and Rising Stars. Nominated by their industry peers and colleagues, and ranked against hundreds of remarkable, qualified meeting candidates, these award winners have earned top honors for their commitment and significant contributions to the meetings industry.

CITIZENS BUSINESS BANK ARENA

Built and owned by the City of Ontario, operated by SMG, the Arena can accommodate over 11,000 guests.  The 225,000-square foot venue features 36 luxury suites located on two levels and a continuous concourse hosting a variety of concession and refreshment stands, merchandise kiosks, the San Manuel VIP Club and other fan amenities. Citizens Business Bank Arena hosts over 225 events annually including concerts, family shows, and sporting competitions.
