Diverse Optics Subsidiary Acquires Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturing Firm

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA — May 13, 2019 — Diverse Molds Inc., a subsidiary of Diverse Optics Inc., announced that it has acquired supplier Future Molds Inc., a plastic injection mold making company.  The asset purchase extends Diverse Optics’ in-house mold making capabilities and broadens its range of targeted solutions for the optics and photonics industry.  Future Molds co-founder Tony R. Parsons and staff will relocate all equipment and operations into Diverse Optics newly constructed headquarters in Q3 2019.
